Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Optimist Smokey
2 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce agave nectar
2 serrano peppers sliced and muddled
Directions

Gently muddle the serrano pepper slices in a cocktail shaker to release their oils.

Add the Optimist Smokey, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave nectar to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with a lime wheel and a serrano pepper slice.
