Caviar’tini

Directions

1. Add the vodka, vermouth and clam juice into a mixing glass, and fill with ice.
2. Stir at a medium pace for 30 rotations. 
3. Pour into martini glass. Garnish with half an egg on the edge of the glass. Top the egg with caviar and chives.
